OUR FOUR STEP PROCESS

How Does Fire Claims Adjusters Work?

Initial Consultation

When someone calls us after a fire, we take the time to listen. We want to get a clear understanding of your situation.
Every fire is unique, and we want to hear all the details.
During our initial claim review, we learn about your insurance policy, answer your immediate questions, and walk you through what to expect.
This is a time for us to understand what happened and for you to learn about your rights as a policyholder.

Damage Assessment

We’ll visit your property whether it’s your home or business to do a general assessment of the damage sustained.
This will include initially assessing structural damage, smoke infiltration, lost personal property/contents, and valuables.
We will continue to gather any other information that we believe will help us assist you with your Fire Claim.

Previous Fire Claim Victim Interview

After the initial consultation, and based on your comfort level, we’ll connect you with one of our past clients who we feel you’ll relate to.
We encourage you to speak with them, hear their story, how they felt, how we helped them, what their experience was like, and what they think you should expect.

Settlement Negotiation

Once you’ve decided to work with us, we engage our team of professionals to build a strong claim file.
We’ll create a detailed structural estimate, inventory list documenting your lost personal property/contents and valuables, along with any other supporting documents needed.
Then we negotiate directly with your insurance company in order to secure a fair settlement, not just what they’re offering upfront.
